so, apparently GitHub has arm64 linux workers for actions, it's just never available!
I've been working on a music project for almost two years now. I've written, composed, arranged, recorded guitars, bass, synth, programmed drums, mixed, etc. But in the era that one prompt is enough, how is anybody ever gonna appreciate my work?
I was thinking here. One of the worst effects of generative AI is the distrust it causes. Generating "art" and claiming authorship is clearly dishonest, but how is trust assured when that possibility exists and is so accessible?

Oh, and from that thread, here's a handy video that edits Alphonso Dunn's hour long video about Jake Parker /allegedly/ plagiarizing his work, edited down to eleven minutes:

Nothing is apolitical. One thing is not being aware of the political content in your discourse. Now, convincing others that your discourse is apolitical is actually a big political agenda. And a very mainstream one.
Been working on bulletty, a pretty TUI feed reader that stores the articles as markdown.

It's usable, but there are still many features I want to implement, such as article notes and highlight, themes, terminal images, etc.

If you feel like checking it out: github.com/CrociDB/bull...

Quick test from "Evangelho da Carne".
My "Klonoa-like" horror punk-esoteric game.

I'm inspired by Giger, Screaming Mad George, Der Eisenrost, Tetsuo the Iron Man, religious myths and surreal horror in general.

Fell asleep watching YouTube and woke up to this:

People, not companies, make games.
I walked into the stairwell on my way down. Just past the door, I noticed a coffee splash stain on the floor. "Someone must have bumped the door" I thought. I continued down, did my business, grabbed some coffee, and then, the moment I reached the door back up, I knocked my arm against it and guess

I made a video essay! It's a love letter to 3d software crammed in between several hate notes about 3d software companies. Maybe it can be something you put on in the background while you do art. :) www.youtube.com/watch?v=I4md...

I hate YouTube auto-translation feature.

The podcast "mamiyamigos", which is a wordplay with "mamiya" (japanese camera company) and "amigos", for some reason, gets translated to Portuguese as it were the spanish for "mami y amigos"!

"MOMMY AND FRIENDS"
I really don't understand. I use spotify for over 10 years at this point and it still doesn't know me.
In my case, programming and making games were a hobby before it became my profession, so it just kept going. The amount of time I dedicate to side gamedev projects, however, changes a lot based on things like other hobbies, work load, commuting time, household routine, etc.

Happy to report that on the Brazilian national news tonight, they did show the clip of Musk doing a Nazi salute followed by a reference clip of Hitler doing the Nazi salute so no mistake was made in the interpretation.
