Gave a talk yesterday at the Indie Outpost Nuremberg why Marketing within the industry has to change and adapt. Was crowded as hell and I bet a lot of pictures were taken but this one rules them all.

Hahaha they increase devkit prices now?
It's a shame. Microsoft was playing a different game. They were on the losing side and made the decision to go all in.
They understood that becoming the core entertainment for the living room would be key to success. So they introduced Gamepass.
