Last night was bad, I needed medication.

I'm still having to sort out my admin/bills etc I had started this process on 30th but there are still things I'm trying to finalise now.

Hopefully once out of the way, I'll be able to relax.

Thank you. I think my grieving was going on before the day of the split, it was making me very ill & anxious. My gallbladder was in terrible pain from the stress, that's died down at least.

I feel like I've not decompressed, if that makes sense. X

My shop is in holiday mode right now, I'm too overwhelmed to deal with orders with everything else that has happened.

I'm not even painting, my head is not in the right space.

Daughter is helping me deal with getting life back to our new normality.
