Love it when a plan comes together.
I would love for us to be a socialist democracy, but thats gonna mean a lot of people, especially socialist democrats, to check a lot of shit at the door in order to build real and lasting coalitions.

Everyday a bunch of pseudosocialists logon to this site and demonstrate why they have electoral victory success statistically inline with random names on a piece of paper.

If somebody wanted to get weird with it, integrating atproto into something like en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WASTE?w... might be a way forward for easy local to hoste servers that solves the auth bottleneck of thr old tool.

I wonder if he is having age related issues being covered up by his handlers, would seem to be a potential story if so.

My favorite thing about the internet is that it has unmoored people from the requirement to risk mockery so much so that leftist and rightist politics are just an ever escalating improv bit where facts slowly cease to matter for each group.

Yw. You're allowed to delete dumb posts you know.

I dont expect laypeople to get it, but if you're a professor at an elite law school you are either dumber than a box of rocks and people should ask for a refund, or you are being intentionally misleading to muddy the waters.

While a niche 10 billion dollar industry, a lot "knowers" seem to have no idea how ediscovery and doc review works.

Bezos in general ruins everything he touches by promising people the convenience of not having to think through externalities of their cheap shit.

Not the first, and not the last, but WaPo was long dead before this; and this is really just the speed run to larding it up with debt and spinning off "the brand."

One could even argue it is the proto maga, but that would mean caring about political systems outside of the beltway/eastern corridor.

Speed running the criminal process for political gain regardless of how itn mpacts that process is a hallmark of fascist systems. The belief that this is all zero sum is fascist. I think you know this, but have a feeling you're operating in bad faith.
February 2, 2026 at 12:22 AM
Ah, so we've circled back to the "fascism is bad except if it is for my stuff" phase of the most recent documents release. Feel like we got there quicker this time.
February 1, 2026 at 1:14 PM
Ah yes, my favorite genre: "fascism is bad unless it is for my thing."

You can test new tech ideas using the Seinfeld Test

Would the product eliminate the plot of an episode? (Google maps, cell phones, paypal, battery packs)

Good tech.

Would the product inspire new Seinfeld plots? (NFTs, AI chatbots, crypto currency, blindboxes, metaverse land sales)

Bad tech.
