The attack in Drogheda is shocking, but not surprising. This government ignoring right wing violence has led us here, and without meaningful response will only lead to deaths

Budapest Mayor Gergely Karácsony has bravely stood up against Viktor Orbán's government and supported the organisers of Budapest Pride. Many of the events taking place this weekend are being hosted by his office.

And he's a Green too 😊

With clocks gone forward and the sun shining brightly what we know we need in our cities are public realm space!

We need to RECLAIM the space from cars and use it for walking, cycling and public spaces for people.

Streets ARE FOR people! Not for cars! It's what I was on Newstalk pushing for. 1/2

Giving extra speaking time to backbench Independent TD's should not come at the cost of reduced scrutiny of the Government.

Any changes to Dáil rules should strengthen accountability - not weaken the House.

We are pleased to see this launch. Óige Ghlas called for increased funding for gambling addiction and mental health services in our last pre-budget submission. This should be rolled out to more parts of Ireland as soon as possible, targeting deprived areas where gambling addiction is most prevalent.
Ireland's first fully-funded gambling addiction treatment programme launched today
The treatment plan will include a ten-week therapy group, seminars and one-to-one counselling.

The Climate Change Advisory Council and the Irish Fiscal Advisory Council pulled no punches by calling their recent report 'A Colossal Missed Opportunity'. 2030 is coming towards us like a fast train, and the Government needs to knuckle down and start hitting these targets.

Why is Dublin City Council paying for clothes pods to be emptied, when we used to get paid for the clothes?
We need to stop thinking of recycling as the solution, and start buying less, swapping more, and repairing more.

Did you attend Trinity or have your degree awarded by #Trinity?

I want to be a strong voice in the Seanad for climate, for equality, and for a better Ireland.

I'm asking for your No. 1 vote or highest preference to ensure that we have a strong, progressive voice representing you in the Oireachtas.
