Can relate...I had a "friend" who seemed nice enough. Turns out they were jealous and butthurt over the opportunities I've been getting, and have been calling me out behind my back. It hurt, but it just reminded me of who my real friends were. But y'all ain't ready for that conversation.
Building a trust to a friend or to anyone else is like sewing an elegant gown, once betrayed the string or needle breaks and you gonna need to replace them.The relationship will go on but it will never have the same treatment.

Precisely why I don’t miss it and prefer the 2010s, besides some of the culture from 2000-2003, which were Y2K leftovers.
Also the 2000s were MEAN. So much of the humor was just mean. I don't miss it.
