Can highly recommend you avoid Madden on the Switch. A bloated mess of 2K-chasing bullshit, endless loading, and terrible optimization. I paid a Black Friday price and I want my money back.

1.7 million points wasn’t even good enough to crack the top 100 this week. The daily boards are way more important than the daily doubles. If you can’t perform well there you’re sunk, and I imagine the top 10 is all people scoring 15/15 every day.

Really surprised that Split Fiction only scored three noms from The Game Awards. Feel like people were trying really hard to push that one earlier this year.

Caved and tried Arc Raiders last night. Runs surprisingly well on Deck if you launch in Proton experimental and don't mind atrocious draw distance. First round I was downed and crawled my way into the elevator and survived with seconds to spare. That'll put the hook in the mouth.

Ordered a gyro and fries from Hermes that dropped as soon as I beat Prometheus. Going to the summit with full health and all defiances, so satisfying.

Beat my second surface run. I think you need four to trigger the endgame, and the thing I’ve done both times that really pays off is just saving all my money for the last two shops. I don’t buy anything along the way except health or Selene upgrades.
