Starting my journey through 2000s PC games with METAL FATIGUE. A mech-based RTS. Premise is already big-brained with each campaign being three brothers who for one reason or another, are with warring factions. First campaign the bro is complaining that they are coddling him #RealGamerHours2000
I think it’s cool that DPW has got people claiming a super card over The Fighting Taylor Boys vs SSB and Sami Callihan vs Eric Stevens

This is the type of post that makes me feel bad about wanting to do the same thing

Signed, a person who realistically was never going to build one from scratch
Shit is so rough out there hardware wise that I’m considering Just Buying A NAS instead of taking steps to painfully build one from scratch.

Game Awards good because it inspired about a dozen of these threads?
Okay, I'll make a thread of 50 indie games which I'll add to over the week, staring with.

1. Carimara

Play as a little goblin creature summoned by a witch to investigate what's haunting her cottage, it's a creepy bite-size mystery akin to the Frog Detective games, and has gorgeous visuals.

Spent 30 minutes today trying to figure out how to view or just link PDFs in Obsidian without taking up storage. Harder than I would have thought!

My favorite thing about pro wrestling is that I can swing from "Do I even like this as a hobby?" to "Is this the coolest thing on earth?"

Is there an honest to god wrestling community on this website? All I feel like I see are We Support ALL Wrestling dumb ass takes.

Used to be, you would have people arguing about the most esoteric bullshit, and I thought that was GOOD.

Yes and thank you for asking.
Serious follow-up question to the quoted post, because I want to make sure I understand how people feel about WWE and 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 under their umbrella.

Is EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. who's attached to WWE, either employed by them or their affiliates, guilty? Should WWE die so that they all lose their jobs?
If your AEW fandom stops you from being able to at least golf clap for TNA and acknowledge that a significant TV deal for a pro wrestling brand in 2025 is a good thing for the business as a whole, you might might need to hand over your no tribalism club membership card. Kinda cringey, honestly.

I don’t see AEW attached…we might be back

I love Inoreader. I don't think any RSS reader I've used has quite given me the exact experience I want quite like it.

But at $90/year, that is just not a price I can make work. Any recommendations for alternatives?

DS2 is such a funny pick. Sort of ambivalent towards Hades 2 and KCD2 being on there

Back on my “should I get a projector” hyper fixation. The answer is so clearly no. I have a nice, big OLED. But what if bigger and worse picture? Would that be something?
