For the last 5+ years people have been sharing coastal landscape images with the Global Shorelines Project. I mount exhibitions in aid of marine conservation charities.
Maybe send me an image of a coast you love with a sentence of commentary.

There aren’t a huge number of folk in my industry I truly, truly admire.

DENZEL however is one I very much do.

One of my favourite moments of Steve Cropper playing live, in more recent years (2004). Two of the greats, Cropper and Walsh in their element, playing call-and-response blues riffs; and loving every minute.

RIP Steve
Best wishes to Joe

Apparently, Akiva Goldman & Legendary TV are to reimagine some classic Irwin Allen shows from my childhood.

Good or bad 60s/70s film & TV reboots?

Lost in Space, The Avengers, The Prisoner, Thunderbirds, The Man from Uncle, The Saint, The Adams Family, Batman, The Invaders, etc.

I feel it must be me. I have seen The Royal Tenenbaums. The LA with Steve Zissou, The G Budapest Hotel. etc. Great actors and wonderful cinematography, but I just can’t seem to tune in to the ideas … and I grew up with Monty Python and Milligan! Am I missing something?

And a great cover pastiche of Théodore Géricault's, Raft of the Medusa by the British artist Peter Mennim.
We lost the wonderful Shane MacGowan two years ago today. The Pogues' album "Rum, Sodomy and the Lash" is one of my favourite albums of all time. The emotion that Shane put into singing the lyrics of "The Band Played Waltzing Matilda" is profound and very moving. #ShaneMacGowan

This is great. I have followed Howson's work for many years and love that Scottish figurative school of artists like him, Ken Currie, Steven Campbell. Plus John Byrne and John Bellany. Hopefully Ross Muir will get lot's more exposure from this.

One of my favourite American actors. He did a great job with Pollock (2000). Director and lead role. One of the best artist biopics out there.

Have you noticed that, people of a certain age, can simultaneously burst forth with MP sketch quotes upon hearing the words cheese, parrot, argument, inquisition and lumberjack.
Say no more squire.

My favourite Monty Python sketch
Cleese: In a nutshell, I thought to myself, 'a little fermented curd will do the trick', so I curtailed my Walpoling activities, sallied forth & infiltrated your place of purveyance to negotiate the vending of some cheesy comestibles!

Rare (old) photo's of me actually playing drums, complete with mullet and empty cans (McEwan's I think). Hollywood rehearsal & recording studio's, Clapton, London.

Oh look. Here he is. What a surprise.
Why do the MSM still give this man and Truss any airspace or credence, after what they did to the pensions and mortgages of ordinary working people. Not to mention the stock market. All while trying to ease taxes for the wealthiest.
You just cannot take the iPaper seriously when it wheels out Kwasi ‘mini budget’ Kwarteng to comment on the budget.
We don’t *ever* want to hear from this arrogant clown again.

Very sorry to hear of the passing of Jack Shepherd. One of the UK’s finest actors. Condolences to his family, friends and colleagues. RIP
RIP Jack Shepherd. One of the greats. He’s most famous for Wycliffe, but his legacy goes way beyond that, particularly with his performance as the eponymous Bill Brand in Trevor Griffiths’ brilliant series, and also for being the original Ricky Roma in Glengarry Glen Ross.
