Congratulations to Ukraine for their victory in the European Team Championship yesterday.

Their top board, GM Igor Kovalenko, has been mostly inactive from chess recently as an active duty soldier. He scored 6.5/8 with no losses for a 2827 performance

There's one basic fact that nobody is addressing. Their plan may be to keep the gov closed.
They want Trump to further stretch the executive boundaries on moving funds around and they don't want to swear in a new dem.
They prefer a faux congress like Russia over an effective congress.
