This is not the first time Hamas has agreed to return the hostages. Each time Israel violates the peace agreement. I'm as hopeful about this as every other negotiation they've had

Autism used to be primarily a diagnosis for white straight males. Funding and accommodations were made for autistic people.

That funding is now available to women, POC, and LGBTQ.

Asked my SIL, a Mormon in MI, how she's doing today. She said that she has compartmentalized it. And other shootings yesterday, so just another one in the many. This is one of the saddest conversations I've had. Not just because something terrible happened yesterday, but that it's so commonplace.

I'm an ex-Mormon who has no love for the church. I still know what it would be like to be sitting in a pew and someone coming in with a gun would be like. I still know the hate I got for belonging to that religion by people who said they were Christians and my friends. This is a hard one for me.
