Another reason why Samus would grow up used to isolation; not only is she the only human, not only is she the only child, she's the only girl. She never met a single person even remotely like her for her entire upbringing

You're right, I don't think so. My actual hc is that the Chozo messed with their own genetics so much that at some point they accidentally stopped hatching females so this generation of old dudes is the last who will ever live because they don't have an opposite sex anymore.
