The move here seems to be to offset funding cuts and destabitalization Trump created by just forcing foreign travelers to pay more in entrance fees. But what happens if those foreign travelers just stop coming? (Spoiler: that's what's happening!)

Honestly would love a simple follow up question of "what's her full and complete name?" next time he mentions AOC because I don't believe he has any idea.
