I'm not sure how you believe in the above verses, as I do, and don't believe that all humans are, as those created in the image of God, worth ultimate love and protection, regardless of gender, race, or origin.
Math is political because you can't math if the state says 0=1.
They’re getting up off their barstools tonight, folks

Okay you can copy-paste them after you submit them at least. I used to select the item and copy it in one go, so I guess this is just another example of Speedgrader being a misnomer.
ok who the HECK thought it was a good idea to change the Canvas UI in the middle of a semester and WHY can't I copy paste rubric items into comments any more 🤬

One of those days I wish someone could teach and grade my classes because I have a great idea for an app to help them learn something but no time to write it 😭

Today my department admin assistant asked me why I was going to the STD Conference.

I've been attending (and now organizing) the Spring Topology and Dynamics Conference for years and never clocked this...

the reason we have institutional review boards in the US, meaning independent groups that vet the ethics of studies, is because of the tuskegee syphilis experiment, a classic in the same "we have the treatment but we're gonna let you die horribly just to see what happens" genre of medical study
this is just actually evil. an indictment on the entirety of the uk's medical ethics. i wish i could say on this website what these researchers deserve

Hey it's an improvement. And half an hour of that was me in Go Mode but stuck in Ganon's Tower because the Big Key was in the tile room and who actually remembers there's a chest there anyway?

Gmail allows you downvote the AI summary of your email. But of course it does not allow you to state that this is an utterly pointless, intrusive, redundant, dimwitted addition to their services.

This new "AI summary" popping up at the top of every email has me thinking I may need to finally retire using Gmail for my main personal email... 😡

Half the battle with this guy is just reiterating government can and already does good things that are so ubiquitous they’ve become invisible. He’s able to remind you in a way that you understand that good government can exist outside of a 24/7 vengeance operation, and in NYC already does.
