Great listing of climate films!
I would have added ‘Chasing Ice’.
I've finally got around to curating a selection of films about the #climate crisis 🎥

There's lot of mediocre climate films out there, but for me these stand out head & shoulders above the rest 🎞️

They make excellent resources for classrooms, lecture halls, or community cinema's 🎬

And clearly better than what we currently have. Does anyone really wake up in the morning and think they must defend the Utopia they live in?
The most insanely frustrating thing about the #ClimateCrisis is how the breakthrough we so clearly need isn’t technological. It’s just a collective willingness, a determination even, to change in ways that would clearly be SO MUCH BETTER than the clear and obvious consequences of NOT changing.

You know how sometimes you watch a sci fi movie and they’re on an alien planet and it’s got like the Big Wall of Storm advancing rapidly and messing with your sense of Euclidean geometry? I just think we should all remember that’s also this planet, and we keep choosing to piss it off for some reason

Looks like we can still have legitimate concerns even if we are on a Stephen Yaxley-Lennon march as long as we do not chant something racist?
Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood’s speech at Labour Party Conference 2025:

"On 13 September, 150,000 people marched through London. They did so under the banner of a convicted criminal and a former BNP member."

Some were violent and "were clear that in their view of this country, I have no place."
