Delighted to announce that this week I've joined the awesome @ustwogames.co.uk as Marketing Exec.

Being able to work on the incredible Monument Valley 3 is a dream come true.

Lovely people, lovely studio, lovely game. Lovely!
Okay then Marina, let's see what's what.
Perhaps the earliest I've ever seen Crispmas begin.

Not sure I'm ready tbh.

Love the little weird guys though. Good game.

It's been a year since we brought the A MAZE festival to Sheffield 🦩

A bonkers event, definitely made ripples, and led EDGE magazine to declare 'Go North'.

Here's a timelapse that was supposed to cover the whole set up until the battery died 😩
My reaction to seeing this post:

Öoo!

To anyone being hit by layoffs today,

It's not you. It's them. It isn't your fault. It's theirs. You didn't do anything wrong. They did.

They fucked up. Not you.
Everything I'm reading re: Microsoft this evening makes me ill.

But this? This makes me fucking furious.

It's evil. It's dehumanising. And it's shockingly common practice across the industry.
As one illustration of just how sloppy and chaotic today's mass Xbox layoff has been, some employees at Zenimax Online Studios are now watching their Slack accounts abruptly get locked out. No message from HR, no word on whether they still have a job, just an ominous Slack deactivation

Oh dear.
I guess the point, if there is one, is to propose/impose something which is utterly meaningless but can be presented as "immersive" (my apologies for using that word) as football becomes ever more remote from the fans.
Premier League TV coverage will feature touchline interviews with substituted players for the first time next season. Camera operators will also be allowed to enter the field of play to capture close-up footage of celebrations and will be granted access to changing rooms. (Telegraph)
The #PremierLeague has been sent three new initiatives aimed at enhancing matchday coverage:

Half-time interview with player or coach
Dressing room broadcasts
Interviews for players who are subbed off
