The WH thought they could do it with the EastWing intact, but realized they had to tear it down to expand & upgrade.

The Presidential Emergency Operations Center is a multilevel bunker underneath the EastWing & NorthLawn.

A 90,000 sqft ballroom doesn’t make sense – even for him.

It will be an underground city for the privileged and those “donors“ who’ve bought access, to stay safe during their Civil War.
