I love reminding people that some birds will literally consume a fertilized egg bc they don't think it's a good idea to have a child. We are not the only species that analyzes the world around us and says "fuck, this is not a good idea" and then terminates the pregnancy (or eats the egg).

Went to talk to my sister about UPS2976 and the NTSB's preliminary report and she did not know what tf I was talking about.

My dad came over to try and help put my ceiling fan back together and we ended up breaking the mechanism altogether. All I wanted was for the fan to be turned off, so we did succeed in that. 🙂↕️🙂↕️

SCOTUS rejecting the bid to overturn obergefell was not on my bingo card, but I will accept it nonetheless. Three cheers for that one particular decision that SCOTUS made amongst all the other horrible ones, like allowing the trump administration to withhold food from citizens.

Someone is giving away an old erhu and it's taking everything in me to not get it. My neighbors would absolutely hate the learning process (stringed instruments rarely sound good at first), so I'm trying to think of them and not my own selfish wants (I want it SO badly).
