Over the garden wall tattoo flash. All the designs are done in a blackwork style and are approximately three by three inches. Line work is thin to fine line. Designs created by Dale at Chimera Tattoo Gallery, in Rochester, New York.

blackwork is a really cool way of doing shading on images but I don't know if it will work well for something this small. I'll play with it

new cross stitch design I based off of an old charcoal drawing I did. This is the sample image generated from the chart software, I haven't actually tried it yet. Thinking about doing a blackwork version of this with just white thread also

Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds from The Stitcherhood is so close to done! A girl in a hot pink dress stands in a bunch of clouds and black diamonds. A red white and orange sun is on her left.

Sugar Skull by Yiota's Cross Stitch. A white skull's chin is outlined in black and has some yellow and purple designs on it.

Blackwork Candy Corn by World in Cross Stitch has the white tip and some of the orange middle started.

Circus Comes to Town by Tiny Modernist has most of a red and white striped circus tent with one pink flag and some pennants flying. Also a yellow and black giraffe's body with no head, a zebra's head with no body, but a pink feather on it's head, a pretty complete brown bear in a colored vest dancing on a red ball, an elephant with no legs holding an orange balloon and wearing a blue and red tassled blanket, and a ghostly gray seal on a red and orange stand balancing a yellow crescent that will be a ball on its nose.
