Dipshit is smashing out a car window with his gun, barrel first. Just rogue, cowboy stiff.

There were two US citizens in the car. They were apprehended and detained for “obstructing” ICE by honking their horn to let people know ICE was in the neighborhood.

If you're trying to convince your friends to spend time on Bluesky rather than X, maybe show them this. X is not "the public town square" or about "free speech." It's "just what Elon Musk wants you to see." If you see stuff he doesn't like he'll step in to make sure you don't see it for long.
If you scroll on X, you are only being shown what Elon wants you to see. If you create content on X, no one will see it unless Elon wants them to.

New from me: Trump and his allies have decided that they are the real victims of the criminal justice system.

And while restrictive immunity laws make it difficult for actual victims to get compensation, Trump plans to just skip the courts and start issuing taxpayer-funded "reparation" checks.
MAGA's $300 million heist
Donald Trump supports immunity for cops and prosecutors. Unless they try to hold him and his allies accountable. Then we all have to pay Donald Trump.

The Epstein Files bill has a lot of protections in it to prevent Bondi from doing what we all suspect she's going to do: hold back or redact because of an open investigation or national security concerns. If she improperly withholds, she'll be sued, and SCOTUS will eventually decide.

Please to speak with @the-independent.com about the boat strikes and the law.

“The term for premeditated killing outside of armed conflict is murder. And the Trump administration has not established that these strikes are taking place in an armed conflict.”

Whoa: A federal court just barred Texas from using its new congressional map, drawn by the GOP to target Dems.

"Substantial evidence shows that Texas racially gerrymandered the 2025 Map."

Court says the old map must be used in 2026. Appeals are certain. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

Okay, so, on judicial power.

Many many countries have what's called a "judicial commission" that's an independent body that manages the judicial branch, *specifically including* hiring and promotion of judges. They administer exams & peer review to determine who should advance in the profession.

I’m calling on the Trump admin to remove ICE from Memphis. They aren't going after the “worst of the worst" — they’re sweeping up parents, grandparents, workers, even US citizens. Immigrants aren’t driving crime, and ICE isn't helping. They're tearing apart our community & hurting our economy.
