I'm not leaving Twitter/X but created this new Bluesky account so now have 4 online #science (astronomy astrophysics physics mathematics engineering education) accounts

Although not directly solving the problem so from another angle, the energy density of the universe could become a spotlight again when more properties playing a part in the origins of the wave itself, are due to known science on a micro scale, so restrictive but is still a useful area to explore...
Incase you wanted to know the amount of interactions the original post got:
AI isn't always good (from other platform)

At 1st glance, it looks like a real photo but upon looking at it closer, notice that there are lots of inaccuracies. E.g 2nd lamp post on the left doesn't have a pole. The tops of the chimneys are irregular. The windows don't have the correct perspective.
Internet Outage #outage down status #downstatus #cyberattack this morning & my reply in a chat room.

The tip of the iceberg if we're to improve online goods & services.

I'm hoping critical services are protected but I could be wrong.

I'm the replier in the screenshot.
It's very accurate...
Ok, it's got this spot on (the other platform). Towards the end of its summary, it's also very accurate too as I don't get many views for the amount of effort I've put into writing but that's the way it is. I don't use Grok a lot so this is 1 informative angle on my use of that platform over the yrs

Memory is part of intelligence, but thinking & its patterns, change perception of information that would otherwise be useless & stagnant for problem solving. Rarely are #thinking skills taught in education because like creativity, they're hard to measure but it doesn't mean they're less important.
Superb paper on astrophysics suggesting we're no closer to what causes this because it was thorough in its analysis & possibly opened a few more theories, at least altered some previous assumptions about our understanding of the universe. Will have a think about it more

The Vodafone #Vodafone outage, down status yesterday, was, "triggered by a non-malicious software issue with one of our vendor partners..."

This didn't affect me & just read about it online in the last 15 minutes but wanted to ask, can anyone say what the cause of the Vodafone #Vodafone outage, down status, was this afternoon? #Vodafonedown #VodafoneUKdown

Physicists simulate what objects moving near speed of light would look like, producing an optical illusion called the Terrell-Penrose effect.
It doesn't contradict Einstein's Special Relativity but provides insight into physical behaviour. © Hornof et al. #physics

It's more like a simulation not an emulation because it'd require an infinite amount of energy & therefore mass, to reach the speed of light which is invariant. If defying special relativity physics, the object would reach its destination before it set off, theoretically at least

I've written this with the other platform in mind that I still use too (not forgetting my website which went live long before SM was invented) so having written a collection of threads aimed at readers with different levels of ability over the yrs, I'm hoping they're still useful now to some degree.
I'm not sure how many threads (& short pieces on my website) I've written over the yrs but their level of ability are mostly geared towards my followers which have a mix of backgrounds, so therefore ability. I'm also not sure how many are read, as I use these platforms quite differently to others..
I've just read & favourited the 1st few replies to this post about my favourite scientist, mathematical physicist Sir Professor Roger Penrose & checked a few account profiles of those I've favourited because of their interesting questions - good subjects. Link to other platform

I've 2 books by this superb thinker. On the other platform, I wrote a general thread about his theories (in screenshot) refering to those 2 books. Professor Roger Penrose, is my favourite scientist. His theories are a good balance of mathematicalphysics science & creativity.

2 updates on my glamorous* events over the wknd.

1st post: a video of my cabbage repelling water showing hydrophobic properties on its surface (my older cat mows mid time then jingles her cat collar a bit).

2nd post: (my area of) sky the other night during #StormAmy.

Update over.

*was joke.
This is what's good about physics. Quantum computers are fascinating to study.
It's 17° now. I've just taken these 2 pics of the sky through my window. The 1st isn't edited but doesn't show exact colour of the sky now (of which there's reflected light from it in the North, which is unusual at this time of day)& the 2nd I've edited it to show the actual true colour of #StormAmy
If you create a walking group, join 1, or decide to go on more walks yourself, whether on your own or in a group, please mention it here for me, as I'd be delighted to know & pics & information about them, all the more too & they don't have to be glamorous! It's good to encourage it more for others.
It might 'be' best, I meant!
People with physical disabilities & wheelchair users can go on walks too if there's assistance & the route is safe. It might best planning a route that's easily accessible with good ground & terrain. Parks in towns & cities provide wildlife but even small green spaces have some too. Check online 1st
