Brighton Rock is on @talkingpicturestv.bsky.social tomorrow night at 9pm. An excellent adaptation of the Graham Greene novel, Dickie Attenborough delivers a chilling performance as the stone cold gang leader Pinkie in a slick 1940s #FilmNoir #FilmSky

#5debutalbums7074 this is the one folks, a stunning debut. Posthumously released and still sounds essential today. No1 for me😎👌

@talkingpicturestv.bsky.social is on fire atm, Fellini last week, Goddard this week, outstanding. This is a great opportunity to catch a bona fide movie classic, a movie that created a whole new fashion thanks to Jean Seberg😎
Time to pop the kettle on and grab some supper before settling down to some classic international cinema!

I love this idea. My dad died when I was three and I had to figure out simple things like how to tie a tie and even shave on my own. Please retweet this because I know there are a lot of kids out there who could use some help with day to day life.

That was very, very special. Bob in spectacular form, a spellbinding performance from first note to last. The sound in the Waterfront was pristine, every note, every word crystal clear. I don’t think I’ve ever heard Bob in as fine a voice & form, just magical 😎🎶👌

Only discovered last night that Channel 4 in the UK will be showing the series Say Nothing. It’s a taut, powerful drama set during the troubles in Northern Ireland & based on actual events. If you haven’t seen it, it’s absolutely worth a watch. Brilliant television.
