Here ↓ is the start of a first draft that I threw together. The full version would include a lot of the good stuff from the current constitution. It wouldn’t include anything that isn’t either self-executing or having the implementation spelled out.

I haven’t seen anyone talk about how Jane Doe - an Epstein survivor - just sued the Bank of New York Mellon for funding Epstein and failing to file a Suspicious Activity Report. A Mellon heir is the one who gave $130M to pay the troops. Seems bribey to me.

Short version: There’s nothing stopping him *running*. Then he’d make the “will of the people” argument to keep his voters on-side, and it’s a cult. Then Congress (which gets seated first) and SCOTUS would ignore the 22nd Amendment, and it always comes back to SCOTUS.

But we know what he does when he’s in the wrong, he doubles down. This fits with malignant narcissism, in which the person can be ruthlessly self-assured, manipulative, and fearless of consequences, rather than inwardly self-loathing.
