For a while actually, maybe like a year. But it happened again today. I feel like when I laugh people think "wah, they’re so loud, tone it down." or "what was that laugh?" And it’s like, no they probably don’t think that, and if they do Idrc, this is parasite noise, but it’s still noise that I hear

Lately, Ive been feeling selfconscious of my laugh and I hate it soo much. When I was depressed and gradually started laughing again I made a promise to myself I would never apologize or feel bad for laughing loudly or unelegantly. Yet now for some reason my anxiety has been targeting it!!!
