There are states where counties are functionally or legally non-existent. Massachusetts dissolved several of them, and in New Hampshire, they serve only a handful of purposes. The average person couldn't tell you what county they live in.

This is nonsense. When David Duke was at his peak in the '90s, there was a united opposition front that included mainstream conservatives and libertarians. He was almost universally viewed as a crackpot.

"Hitler had some good ideas" has been acceptable since at least the mid 90s when I started to be aware of political conversations. They used to have to give a followup to that statement specifying which ideas in order to not be glared at, but the followup seems optional these days.

Official statement from LEB: "TSA submitted the video link to the airport for display. TSA stated that the message is not one of the mandatory messages for display. The Lebanon Municipal Airport is not running the video on any of our screens."
