I love it. I like that they allowed some builds to be overpowered. Some roguelites don’t let you go crazy, and that’s no fun.

Just got home from the @jonathancoulton.bsky.social show. It was wonderful! He closed out the set with You Ruined Everything, which is my favorite.

Gaming chairs are bad news. They're designed to look cool, not for long term comfort and support. I'm planning to buy a Steelcase Leap V2. (Probably a refurb from BTOD.) It'll be my xmas gift from the family. :P

I agree! It absolutely sucks! But they've already taken too long, and if they don't get moving now, Tokon is going to come eat their lunch. (Which it might do anyway.)

I got the impression that's just for the early access. It makes sense, as lotcheck (official console testing) is very expensive and you don't want to go through it until the 1.0 release. So it shouldn't be all that long.

47 here. My advice is to see a dietitian and get your eating habits in order. It's so much harder to fix in your 40s, and things start changing quickly when you leave your 20s.

Tons of people start complaining on kickstarter, discord, and social media and the devs ignore them.

I don’t assume it was a scam, but the money is gone and they just move on and never deliver.

I used to be a huge kickstarter games backer. I love supporting indies! Most of them were good about releasing something eventually.

Lately it's just one abandoned project after another.

Look, if you take money from people, you have to finish the game before you move on to a new exciting project.

Are you switching to a different platform or going back to owning your own music? I'd be tempted by the latter for myself, but I use the family plan on Spotify and don't want to manage a song library for everybody in the house.
