Well, fuck… her doctor messaged her to confirm a diagnosis of multiple myeloma today. She’s been referred to oncology for additional work-ups to ascertain extent/severity. Merry Xmas I guess 🙁
Sounds like a 7-10 day timeline for a diagnosis & we haven't gotten bloodwork back yet. She ate a huge meal tonight, though, which is heartening considering how little she's eaten the past few weeks.
