The East Wing was where Eleanor Roosevelt welcomed all visitors to the White House.

That must have kept this administration up nights until they could knock it down. To build a ballroom we can't afford, during a shutdown, for a president who just posted himself dropping shit on the country.

Unlike Dolly Madison, Melania Trump did nothing to protect contents of the White House when her husband went crazy and started tearing it apart. Nor did she speak up when he paved over and ruined Jackie Kennedy’s Rose Garden. The current First Lady cares nothing about the history of our country.

An essential feature of authoritarianism is that the leader - not courts - decides who is guilty and who is not.

Santos - who Trump said is getting a commutation bc he “votes Republican” - is the 10th high profile loyalist to get a pardon or clemency.
