I looooove Hiruko but Eito shanking an informal leader who is encouraging your unit to commit war crimes under the threat of starvation and abandonment to certain death is not exactly a (gasp) how dare he. This is a defensible action, his heart just wasn't in the right place. Imo.

I've said this to multiple friends but Sirei has a "adult in position of power" thing going on that monokuma simply did not. Like all these teenagers are dealing with a person with total control over them in a way condoned by the state (?) who won't stop making sexual comments about them.
