We’ve had a Lakeland one for about 14 years. Really handy - just chuck a load on it over night and cover it with a sheet.

Gosh me too - esp as my son was in their yr at Nottingham. They had a posthumous degree awarded at graduation and I was in bits 😢

Sad uni fresher ND son has perked up, been to freshers, joined some socs and been out with likeminded people. Phew 😅

Am obsessed with culottes at the moment- got 2 bargain pairs in the Hush sale. Never sure of Uniqlo sizing so need to try on which is annoying as I think their returns are a pain. How do these fit?

He’s actually not far from home - we knew that would not be good for him, although he was desperate to live the student life not commute. I think once he finds friends it will be ok. He’s ND so that complicates matters

Middle son sad and homesick at uni - can’t find his tribe, feels flatmates don’t like him 😩 very early days but feel so awful that I can’t do anything but cheerlead from afar
