Carving a spoon out of hazel with my tiny little folding Buck knife. My best attempt at a spoon so far! All my others just sheared with the grain, but Iearnt and have been super careful this time.

Back from my trip to the Netherlands. What an experience! Learnt so much about riding in other countries, and while our time constraints meant we didn’t have time to explore (2 x 13hr m/way riding days, 2 chilling days with our hosts), it was still extremely enlightening in regards to road culture.
