It really did! I've seen praying furries before, usually with palms up. I appreciated seeing hands folded, the way I learned to pray. But more the solitude and the purpose were meaningful, showing prayer as an effort toward personal reflection rather than public affirmation.

More @campolargo.bsky.social inspiration. The image of Hartley kneeling in prayer on his last night before relocating is just so beautiful to me. It's rare to see furries in prayer, especially like this, personal, alone, intended only for the self but asking for the strength to help others.

My first adopt ever -- I couldn't resist a brocket deer. They're native to where I lived in Argentina, where different varieties are called "corzuelas" and "guazunchos." They're so cute!

I got something for a long-time friend who has been a wonderful creative collaborator. He's helped grow the Skaraks, my long-nosed aliens, giving them history, culture, traditions...and enemies. @tacorat.com drew this bloody fight against a Wracon and, as with many battles, no one wins. #gore

Two alien creatures dying from fatal wounds after a brutal fight with long-handled blades. One is a creature with rubbery yellow skin, an elephant-like nose, long aardvark-shaped ears, and a thick lizard-like tail, who has fallen to his knees clutching his entrails pouring from his gut in a mess of blackish blood. The other is a blue-green sea-dragon creature, reptilian but with fins and webbed hands and feet, lying on his back and clutching at his slashed neck as it spurts green blood, his own entrails spilling from a wound in his side.
