he posts it on his Instagram, and his 69.5 million followers certainly aren't just buying from Coca Cola KR 🤷🏻‍♀️ his personal revenue stream might be ethical, but everyone else outside korea who would like to be careful would still need to think twice about their purchase.

i also complained to a few friends. one of them immediately sent me a new clinic name and also encouraged me to exercise (i did). the other heard out my despair but reminded me of the progress i've made with my health since last year. and it helped. i really couldn't do this alone. a tribe helps.

i still feel loathing and like it's unfair why beautiful people get to lead beautiful instagram lives but 1. you never know what a person is going through 2. i'm allowed to feel like shit today because tomorrow will be another day ("turn this all around, zero o clock")

i really hated myself today, just sank right back into self-loathing. i cried in the shower while trying to validate my feelings and at the end of it i just heard yoongi's voice in my head repeating over and over, "it's gonna be okay". then i slept for 3 hours, which seems correct.
