I gave up figuring this shit out, found an installer for iTunes 12.10.11.2 (latest/problematic is 12.13.*) direct from apple instead
and the apple devices app won’t let you drag-and-drop like itunes did so I am not sure how I am supposed to manage my music library manually jfc

This is not meant in a hater way, but I have never been to a Costco. I’m not actively avoiding them, but I’m assuming they just aren’t really located near major transit hubs?
among other things a trip to costco is an easy way to keep two little kids occupied for a chunk of an afternoon
