When the Ensemble mode is off, it's just a standard reverb. The 2 Ensemble settings put a kind of string pad behind the reverb. This video clearly shows the difference and that it is working.

The fact that many GPs don't believe people with mental health conditions will not be news to those of us with mental health conditions who have had to deal with these cunts.
