If crime is a problem in a city, it would be less expensive and more effective to send funds to be used to hire more police officers than to send the National Guard Plus the Guard members could then stay home with their families and jobs.

Trump got a bunch of countries together to negotiate a ceasefire in Gaza. So far, it is working.
Trump needs to get a bunch of members of Congress together and negotiate the appropriation bills for 2026 that were due 30SEP2025. Healthcare is a problem but not the only one. So far a shutdown.

There should be an effort on sites like Linkedin to quickly find new jobs for those qualified and hard working people that are being fired, laid off, or furloughed by the federal government. So, when Trump says oops, we want you back, they can tell him to shove it.

ICE just vanishing people is wrong and has to stop. Taking a child without notifying the parents or taking parents and leaving a citizen child alone on the street is beyond the pale.
Would ICE agents like it if someone snatched their child who was speaking Spanish with some school friends.

When are Trump and Vance going to realize that the whole country does not consist of only of Republicans and Democrats? There are a lot of us that are neither. Plus, all Republicans don't think everything he does/says is great.

I am really tired of hearing the Republican response to media questions of "I don't know the specifics ...". What hole to these people live in. I know more about things then they do.

Hopefully most of these experts, who have been laid off will find non-government jobs and tell the CDC to f-off.
Companies that do science should grab up these people or the gov employees should make plans to set up new companies before the idiots come after them.

He should have done this during September, when it became obvious that Congress was on the road to a shutdown. He is more interested in building stuff than leading this country.
