On this day in 1941, the Imperial Japanese Navy launched a surprise attack on the United States at Pearl Harbor. Today, only 12 Pearl Harbor survivors still live - all over 100 years of age. The last remaining surviving crew member from the USS Arizona passed away last year on April 1, age 102.
