The most galling thing about people like you and Tom Homan (people who are on the take) is how insultingly cheap you will turn out to have sold yourselves off for.

Homan went for a measly $50,000 in a sack. Did that amount make you feel like you got a good or bad deal?

The lie is claiming ISP isn't helping ICE. ISP is still functioning as security for the ICE facility, cracking down on protesters.

Pull out. Make arrests for the phony 9-1-1 calls from the ICE agents.

He's being criticized for his total failure to take action as it sits in stark contrast to his rhetoric.

Billionaires are destroying society. JD Pritzker is a billionaire. JD Pritzker is also mouthing empty words and letting state police run amok.

None of those true statements is antisemitic.

Pritzker says the right things but hasn't ordered the Illinois State Police to stand down. Until he does, he deserves every ounce of criticism heaped on him for that failure.

No number of words washes away his inaction.

Broadview, like most suburbs, has its own police force.

Pritzker needs to pull ISP out of every assignment involving ICE, and let local PD handle response to their calls. Which they won't because ICE was making dozens of phony 9-1-1 calls claiming people were "climbing over the walls".

A 13-year-old boy was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in Everett after an interaction with members of the Everett Police Department and sent to a juvenile detention facility in Virginia, according to his mother and immigration lawyer Andrew Lattarulo.

The boy’s mother, Josiele Berto, was called to pick her son up from the Everett Police Department on Thursday, the day he was arrested. After waiting for about an hour and a half, she was told her son was taken by ICE, Berto told the Globe in a phone interview.

“My world collapsed,” Berto said in Portuguese.

From the police department, the boy was taken to ICE’s holding facility in Burlington on Thursday evening, where he spent a night before being transferred by car to the Northwestern Regional Juvenile Detention Center in Winchester, Va., on Friday morning, his mother said. The juvenile facility is more than 500 miles away from Everett.

The boy is a 7th-grader at Albert N. Parlin School in Everett, his mother said. The teen and his family, who are Brazilian nationals, have a pending asylum case and are authorized to work legally in the United States, Lattarulo said.

Opposite problem: They were told this was a world of vast possibilities even as their parents dismantled every last thing that created an environment of possibilities in the first place. Now they're entering adulthood in a world with poor access to education, healthcare and very few good jobs.

In reality, there is no actual loss.

-0.8% rate differential isn't proof of some preferential sweetheart deal. It could be a competitive choice by the lender, or incompetence. Or any of 50 other options.

So far I have seen zero evidence of a crime.
