"On Saturday, after she spent a night detained in Texas, she was put on a bus with shackles on her wrists, waist and ankles before being put on a flight to Honduras."
Contrast her treatment with that of the drug trafficking former Honduran Pres who Trump will pardon.

Welker: Do you think that Trump is a fascist?

Mamdani: That’s something that I’ve said in the past. I say it today.

Welker: You’ve called him a despot. Do you still believe Trump is a threat to the democracy?

Trump suggests Khashoggi had it coming: "You're mentioning someone that was extremely controversial. A lot of people didn't like that gentleman that you're talking about. Whether you like him or didn't like him, things happen. But he knew nothing about it. You don't have to embarrass our guest."
