Hello to all the new followers here! I'm Arwen (she/her) and I run the Cardboard Time podcast where I talk about Board Games and conduct interviews. (I'm also known by some for my shelf of aspiration). I thought I'd do a little starter pack for those unfamiliar with my work!

Another absolutely essential watch from Amabel.
I was worried I overhyped Chicken Fried Dice (@urbanprogames.bsky.social ) and that my wife wouldn't like it as much as I did when we got to play it.

Remember your favorite creator possibly might be struggling with imposter syndrome and doubt and this timeline sucks.. so if you find yourself thinking “wow I really relate to this persons work” or that persons work gives you joy, you should probably tell them. It’s a hard time to be a creative.

We played a couple of games of All In: Predictions at the Asmodee media event at #paxunplugged2025 . Interesting blend of poker and Fantasy Realms, where players are trying to construct the best poker hand at the end of the round that they can by giving up cards for the actions on them.
