Today, in #PlasticsTreaty #INC52 talks, ambitious countries are experiencing déjà vu as spoiler countries keep forgetting that the 2022 UNEA 5/14 resolution mandates a treaty that addresses the FULL lifecycle of plastics. [Sadly, we used this cartoon before. Still applies.]
