Lmao turns out I got the jacket anyway despite only being level 48 because Niantic couldn't even implement the "take away the cool jacket" update without bungling it somehow.

I guess being re-balanced to level 70 meant automatically hitting level 50 in the process, and therefore unlocking it.

Top circle is mostly ones we've seen featured prominently in the trailers, ones with obvious Kalos/France connections or ones that have counterparts that have megas. I'd put Garbodor here since it has been in a lot of ZA trailer footage, but I think getting a G-Max form potentially hurt its chances.

Might as well lock in my final thoughts on possible new megas too: I was gonna write them down but it got too long and left no room for adding any elaboration, so here's my vibes-based venn diagram of Z-A mega predictions. (Also not looking for spoilers, I already saw one and that's enough for me)

Seconding Minior, and any Mega UBs would also be insane to see, esp Guzzlord. For other gen 7 mons I'd love to see what they could do with Vikavolt and I think Kommo-o is also a viable candidate with Dragonite now getting a Mega - wouldn't be surprised if Goodra and Hydreigon are getting them too.

Yeah - once you cure Olimar you can do his Pikmin 1 retelling, which then unlocks the Sage Leaf dandori trial. Beating the 5th stage gets you a white onion and the 10th has the purple, so you don't have to rely on candypop buds in caves to get whites and purples for the last couple areas.

I think my first run took longer because I definitely saved Olimar's Tale + the Sage Leaf trial for last because I didn't know it would unlock the purple/white onions - getting those unlocked earlier definitely helped with getting stuff like the gold bar way quicker.

Replayed Pikmin 4 to pass the time waiting for ZA, 46 in-game days to 100%. I haven't played since launch so I could probably have done it a lot faster with optimisation and knowing what to prioritise, but based on my original save file it took me ~60 days to do the same on my first playthrough.

This is an unusually fast turnaround for a new vid for me - especially one with multiple shiny hunts - but I thought I might as well get this out before ZA releases and consumes everyone's lives (and i'm now going to crawl under a rock for a week until it does)
