But a "small disadvantaged business," per federal law, must be owned and controlled by a member of a demographic "subjected to racial or ethnic prejudice." Individuals with a worth exceeding $850,000 are also not considered "economically disadvantaged." Musk is worth $400 billion.

Federal employee with a data role told me that a document was removed from employee access because it had the word "inclusion" in it.

1. Edward Coristine, a 19-year-old member of DOGE launched an image-sharing website in 2021 that featured custom “shitposting” URLs that redirected to content hosted on his site. URLs that redirected to Coristine’s site referenced the sale of child sexual abuse material, racial slurs, and rape.
