I wrote about DJ Narciso's ace new EP/mini-album/actually-full-album-length project for The Quietus. Muggy electronic grooves. His music is the heaviest and often the slowest of the current wave of Batida producers in Portugal, and the results are pretty psychedelic thequietus.com/quietus-revi...

Best album of 2025 according to Pitchfork. Absolutely crazy and psych noise collage mixed with Latin American sounds. Who’s going to release it on vinyl as soon as possible? Quite a remarkable discovery.

This interview with Good Night & Good Morning about their glacial one-shot slowcore masterpiece album 'Narrowing Type' epitomised why I love writing about music. The energy and love the trio had for each other moved me so much rateyourmusic.com/feature/sone...
