I have 2 reusable elastomeric masks I wear everywhere. One heavy duty for the train (CO2 levels are disgusting) and one less scary one for work/gym/etc.

Same. I just don’t have cautious friends 🥲. I built my own corsi rosenthal box, bought my grandma an air purifier and remind her to mask. But she only half listens. That’s the best I’ve managed.

Been experimenting with azelastine spray as a preventative lately, since that has some nice data.

Me and my partner still mask everywhere indoors, but influenza A got me last week. It was rough. If anyone reading this hasn’t had their flu jab - this is your reminder!

I got my Covid shots recently too, though in the U.K. you can only really get them privately for £100. 😭😭

The only person around me who I still ever see masking is my GP. She does it for all my visits, but I’ve seen her without a mask for other patients so she’s maybe mirroring what patients do. Which is better than nothing! It’s considerate. But why not always? She sees sick people all day!
