Got these baked goods for the train ride. They are exceptional.

I'm usually not a fan of Nanaimo Bars but this one is balancing the bittersweet chocolate with sweet frosting and serious coconut flavors.

The lemon bar is very tart with serious lemon flavor.

Carmel pecan bar is rich and deep.

This place has the wackiest vending machines I've seen even compared to Asia. Full sized hot meals and bubble tea vending at affordable rates.

you can even adjust the ice and sugar levels!

Two separate organizations went both to the. Museum which has a bunch of cool stuff. Favorite is the 1950s which Canadas 1950s sure looks indistinguishable from the US one :p.

I love that Vancouver night life is more than just drinking. Rec room minigolf, arcade, axe throwing sports bar goes to 1:30 am with both food and drink.

In contrast GameWorks in Seattle closes at 11pm Friday. What gives?

Bad news. amtrak apparently due to federal equipment changes has lost Ivars clam chowder because the Soup won't fit the overhead cupboards.

Good news is this potato egg and pepper breakfast burrito is better than it has any business being. Alki bakery. Makes some good stuff.

Be sure to note this place in case you have to predict a solar flare to travel in time through the Stargate.

Also, giant enemy crab.

Second day of breakfast was a miss. Service seemed swarmed and made due with the best, offering complementry pastries as an apology which were amazing. Sadly the actual $28 avocado toast I've had better at Microsoft and the potatoes were undercooked.

Not like yesterday, inconsistencies happen.

Nothing exemplifies Vancouvers superior night life like Japadog. The open to 3am Japanese hot dog place that serves amazing natural casing snappy hot dogs covered in mayo, nori, yakisoba, bonito. Or other kinds of crazy.

One of the best things in Vancouver period.

I saw this on LTT basically sold as the "Vegas sphere at home" I haven't been and only watched on UFC but if you are looking for "vr without glasses" that effect happens... Sometimes.

A lot of people here to listen to Pink Floyd on a Winamp visualizer

I want to note that as expensive this place is. I'm not spending a direct dollar for anything you are seeing here.

Credit card gaming isn't for everyone and there's psychological pifalls.

But if you play your cards right you can be in the unprofitable minority of banking customers.
Staying at this dump :p

Granville is the place for jelly cats. Two stores sell many rare jellycat items.

You will pay dearly for them though.

Vanvouver. Wtf is wrong with you.

I could spam endlessly about grainville island and maybe will, but it's seriously one of the top 3 things in vancouver. You could spend a whole weekend here exploring every little store.

You can compare it to Pikes place market but it's so much more fun, extensive, and diverse.

Went down to Elysian coffee based on James Hoffmans story on Clover.

I think they take their coffee seriously. I've had better coffee experiences but this variety was so interesting with its strong blueberry flavor, picked up a bag for home.

Aquabus seems expensive for $4.50 one way to go a few hundred meters. Clearly a tourist tax for one way vs. The monthly cost but at least Sammie seems to enjoy the water.
