radical left lunatic. when tyranny becomes law, rebellion becomes duty (but we stay silly though.) the misery that is now upon us is but the passing of greed– the bitterness of those who fear the way of human progress.
Why are (mostly cis) USAsian men such fragile pissbabies?

President Trump's Bored of Peace. 🙃 Is that anything? #impeach #convict #remove

Hearing Gavin Newsom mispronounce Zohran Mamdani's surname in a way that I have thus-far associated with Alex Jones (they both for sure want the latter syllables to be pronounced like ‘domme-y’, and not ‘Donny’, which speaks for itself) just solidifies for me that I will never vote for him.

Agent Ross is a murderer. VP Vance is a liar. President Trump is pathetic. The “Don-roe Doctrine” is a policy of Lebensraum. Impeach, convict, remove. And then dissolve ICE.

I am so angry and heartbroken about the murder of Renee Good. And the lying about it, from every level, up to and including the President of the United States. I will not deny the evidence of my senses– the administration's story is a lie.

Happy January 6th. We have learned nothing. We have learned less than nothing; we have actively permitted ourselves to forget.
January 6, 2026 at 8:14 PM
Now can we finally impeach and convict the motherfucker? Goddamnit, folks.

“I need my 2026 to be more-lived (and less-scrolled)” is powerful, @hankgreen.bsky.social. I'm puttin' it on a t-shirt.

Fuck you, it's January! I hope it will happen this year.
January 1, 2026 at 5:14 PM
If you find yourself feeling out-of-joint, that may be because these are the days of calibration; this liminal final week in January rightly belongs neither to the year that preceded it, nor to the new year that beckons. These few days are simply unstuck.

Watching @kumail.bsky.social's special ‘Night Thoughts’, and hearing him talk about the way we are collectively-silent about the pandemic, “like a fart in an elevator”– this is good stand-up and good social commentary, and that's unfair.

The Gävle Goat fell down (that seems about right.)

Courtesy of friend Sam: 😷 🎶 “If you're sick & out in public, you should mask. If you're sick & out in public, you should mask. If your breathing sounds like hurgling, and you're coughing, sneezing, gurgling– then if you go out in public, wear a mask!”

Thirty-one years, eight months, one week, and a little over five days. Is how long it would take you, to count to a billion. If you were capable of counting one number, every second, without pausing to eat, or drink, or sleep. It is in many ways a simply incomprehensible numerical quantity.

I was born to genuinely incomprehensible privilege, and yet in spite of this I have grown to despise what the Narcissist Cookbook correctly describes as our "rusted, groaning economic system (that can only function when lubricated with blood.)"

Riding the Amtrak Acela back to Boston from Philly, and I am such an irredeemable nerd that I had to bite the inside of my cheek to keep from quipping to the ticket checker about being with them, "all the way to the end of the line."

I do genuinely love Unplugged, and regard it as the superlative PAX experience.

yes yes we all know about the Edmund Fitzgerald, rest her soul, but did you know about the ship laden with explosives that sank in the mouth of the Thames in 1944 and could explode at any minute and which attempts to disarm keep failing

DJT is so earnestly offended that a member of the United States press would dare to ask Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman about having had Jamal Khashoggi murdered and dismembered, it's so unbelievably aristocracy-coded, how was this man ever elected as a populist?

There is an irony that this morning's Cloudflare outage was so pervasive that it temporarily took out Downdetector. Really loving the decentralized internet, with its obvious chokepoints of failure like AWS & Cloudflare; seems like it's working great for absolutely everybody.

We simply must stop saying "they caved for no reason". I do not and will not accept that framing; this was no mere capitulation– it was an act of deliberate collusion, a betrayal. They caved so that they could fly home for Thanksgiving without delays. They caved to demonstrate that they always will.
