A while ago but my little brother was tasked with inventing something for a school project, my dad and him came up with the idea for a Fork’n Spoon and asked me to turn it into something real to show his class lol

A fork? Or maybe a spoon? No! It’s a Fork’n Spoon. It’s a fork on one side and a spoon on the other, because sporks suck and who wants to carry two utensils?

I think the future is really dependent on how people end up using it. There are a few features I’m personally still wishing for like rich embeds for links, ATProto integration, maybe additional media types? 👀 But ultimately I can’t wait to have more people using @pckt.blog and providing feedback

@pckt.blog in its current form is already achieving my expectations. It feels nice to sit down with the editor open and write without any distracting elements pulling for my attention, or notifications causing stress. It’s just a blank page, a handful of useful tools, and a publish button.

Starting a blog can often be a daunting and cumbersome experience. I wanted to build a place where one can easily claim their own slice of the web and get started writing and sharing without the technical complexity that other platforms carry.

I think it’s so cool that we are able to share our lived experiences (and really anything else you want to share) in written form, and even more cool that we can share online for anyone with internet access to experience.
