This is false & risks fuelling tensions in the talks where developing countries facing debt crises underline that public finance is key.

Mozambique LNG is a known site of environmental and human rights violations – and the US Export-Import Bank (EXIM) approved billions of tax dollars to fund this project without proper environmental review, economic assessments, or public input.
