There he goes again
Here’s the original clip of Ronald Reagan from April 25, 1987, where he delivered a complete and total rebuke against tariffs. Trump's calling Reagan’s words here “FAKE” and “fraudulent.” They’re 100% real. And the original clip is actually far worse for Trump, as much is left out of the ad:

This is the ad Donald Trump woke up furious about.

Would be a shame if it went viral.
Your coverage is so important and critical to the trans and other marginalized communities. You not only cover cases impacting those communities, but you provide detailed analysis and insight.

The big media and news companies either won’t cover the cases you do or provide the bare minimum.

Oh you're trying to say the cost of living is skyrocketing?

Donald Trump can't hear you over the sound of bulldozers demolishing a wing of the White House to build a new grand ballroom.

Speaking today in Lee County, a place devastated by Hurricane Ian that knows best we need to fix our collapsing homeowners’ insurance market.
This tells me that it is not enough for Democrats to be an opposition party, they need to be a solution party. I think messaging is their biggest issue.

I might be bias, but in what world do the Republicans have a better plan for gun control and corruption??? Aren’t they opposed to gun control?
@fladems.bsky.social @nikkifried.bsky.social @davidjolly.bsky.social take note. This should be shared (repeatedly)on every social media platform available.

Brutal. Constituents in Jim Jordan's (R-OH) district would have to fork up an additional $16,846 every year to keep their coverage.
Even $541.00 a month is ridiculous. Healthcare should be a basic human right. I wonder how many preventable deaths occur each year simply because people can’t afford health insurance.
That is not helpful. At least she is trying…would you like the Republicans to run unopposed?

By the way, there is not an incumbent this time around. In addition, Kentucky’s governor is a Democrat so while unlikely, it’s not impossible.

The last three government shutdowns have happened while Donald Trump was President.

This shutdown, like all recent shutdowns, is a REPUBLICAN SHUTDOWN.

Enough with the chaos. Time for Republican leadership to work with Democrats to reopen government and save your health care.

Gavin Newsom with the receipts!

So Speaker Johnson gave the congress another week off. Paid of course, while they shut the govt down.

The GOP has made it clear they have no interest in compromise with Dems. So they will have to figure how to reopen their govt that they closed.

And they get another vacation

Wanna know whose shutdown this is?

Pay attention to who’s enjoying it.
She is doing what she needs to do to win in a purple state. I’m sure the Democrats carefully strategized the vote to give some of their more vulnerable members cover.
When was the last time Congress actually passed all 12 appropriations bills/budget?
How long can she act in her interim role? Is it 90 days?

Keep the posts and messaging coming!

Florida has the highest homeowner insurance rates in the country — most homeowners pay over $4,000/year.

My plan to alleviate this is simple: we need to build a state catastrophic fund that would remove natural disasters from private insurance policies.

Analysis Says Florida Is Most Expensive State For Homeowners Insurance
Florida has made some gains in reducing homeowners insurance costs in recent years. But the state still has the most expensive premiums for coverage in the U.S., according to a new realtor.com analysi...

I had the same exact question a few weeks ago and someone told me @jenniferjenkins.bsky.social is running for Senate.

This is a perfect example of the Dem’s messaging issue….Not even Florida Dems know who is running.
Unfortunately, in my opinion, @fladems.bsky.social have not been very good at messaging. I rarely hear anything from them.

Maybe our senate and governor candidates can be more visible which would bring more eyes/voters to this issue.

There is a window for FL Dems in 2026 and it’s being wasted.
Agreed! However, in my opinion, she should not run for president. She can do more and get more done in the Senate once Schumer retires.

Dear Ds in CA, NJ and VA - please vote on Day 1, or as early as you. When you vote early your names comes off GOTV rolls for the campaigns allowing them to move on to lower propensity voters, which increases D turnout and makes it more likely we win. Voting early = another way to help us win.
